Wine blending is an art, with a long and illustrious history in winemaking, but how to winemakers fashion their blends?

This event is a true test of your wits, combining sensory analysis with practical skills as you seek to unlock the clues in a specially created wine blend. 

You will also concoct and construct your own wine using Mixtum™'s secret selection of base grape varieties. The winemaker's job does not finish here - don your inventive hat to devise a name for your wine, with an enticing tasting note with which to woo your fellow players!

Progress from novice to blender in this original event, and experience first hand the decisions the winemaker has to make each and every year.
