Guest participation is high, with a special taste tutorial, quick-fire rounds, cheat sheets and clue guides all included in the game. The food groups

Olive Oils The world's finest olive oils vary hugely according to origin, variety of olive used, and type of pressing. The Epicurean concentrates on four extra virgin olive oils in total. Guests use bread dippers to taste, ascertain and deliberate... Artisan cheeses Your selection is chosen to span the aroma, flavour and taste spectrum found in cheese, and the rules of nature mean our selection varies from season to season. Five cheeses are selected and presented with oatcakes, butter, grapes, celery and apples. Chocolates Developments in the chocolate world and our food host's fantastic selection mean that we can bring you a flight of chocolates from some of the world's finest producers. Spice-infused examples are also used in this section, with five chocolates being showcased in total. Ice cream Ice cream, originally "iced cream", was famously a rare and expensive treat until the mid Victorian era. Today we're delighted to bring you 5 modern, artisanal ice creams presented in mini cones for your guest's enjoyment.   Honeys In the USA alone, there are over 300 floral sources for honey. As in wine, good artisanal honey flavour and colour can vary from year to year. With colours ranging from almost water white to dark brown, tastes ranging from mild to bitter, and most importantly flavours that can truly excite, your 5 honeys will present you with the ultimate food challenge.   Key Information Length? 1 1/2 hours as standard.
